About the Role

You are that ultimate multi-tasker who welcomes a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while handling tasks and juggling last minute, urgent requests such as:

  • Contacting media sources for accurate rates
  • Writing error-free ad copy
  • Placing and processing online/offline media
  • Performing meticulous billing
  • Assisting with recruitment marketing strategies and PPT presentations
  • Brainstorming on creative sourcing techniques
  • Continuously seeking for new revenue opportunities

About You

Using your stellar customer service and communication abilities (both verbal and written), this self-directed professional will build great relationships with clients, media partners and internal team members. Skills required include: 

  • One-year of media, HR or recordkeeping experience
  • Meticulous attention-to-detail
  • Excellent time management and organizational abilities to meet deadlines
  • Working knowledge of Google business applications, including Gmail, calendar and docs
  • Understanding of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to analyze and take action on relevant media performance data
  • Capable of working independently with minimal supervision
  • Salesforce experience a plus
